Acceptance Insurance company is awful. The only reason I gave them one-star was to add my review. This is not my acceptance insurance company, my insurance company is State Farm. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND acceptance either. I was involved in a car accident with someone who has a car with Acceptance Insurance. Acceptance Insurance has done nothing but give me the run-around my car was wrecked in April of 2016 it is now July of 2016 my car is still not fixed they ignore my calls, the company does not call back and all if the customer service representatives are very disrespectful very rude.
