In 2014 I retained Mr. Weiss as my attorney. Since than he has been supportive and helpful throughout this difficult process. Although, my divorce turned ugly, nasty, and dragging out several years; Mr. Weiss, has fully informed, explained and kept me up to date on everything. Filed professional misconduct complaint with the New York Bar Association. Retained Thomas Weiss in a nasty divorce in 2014. When I relieved Mr. Weiss of his duties because the cost of the contested divorce exceeded my ability to pay and take care of my children with no child support, Mr. Weiss continued to bill (without my knowledge) for court costs associated with withdrawing from the case to the tune of 5k....Three years later!!!!.Nov. 2017, I get a demand to pay from him and I am still not divorced! Feeling victimized by my husband and attorney. Mr. Weiss offered to settle for 2k if I remove
