You've been practicing the fundamental exercises, let's have some fun and take it up a notch! During this 50 minute master class, participants will flow from one exercise to the next with precision and integrity of movement. We'll focus on the Pilates principles of Balance, Control, and Efficiency, while trying to integrate fluidity and ease of movement.
Increase your flexibility, strength, & endurance, with emphasis on postural alignment, core strength & muscle balance. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to agree upon an alternative slot and the request is placed less than 24 hours prior to your original appointment, you will be charged 100% of the session.
