П👍✌️Everybody loves Jake from State Farm!! ♂️I’ve had my home 🏡and auto 🚘insurance with Michael and his staff for the past 20 years. Good customer service and Michael and his staff always send me a birthday card 🎂every year. I don’t think they’ve missed a single year ever I sort of look forward to getting my birthday card from Michael and his staff. Thanks Michael I truly do appreciate that birthday card 🎂every year it warms my heart ❤️ and thanks for the free refrigerator magnet that comes with it. I have been insured with State Farm- Michael Riley for several years now. They are very helpful and honest. They sell you what you need and don’t try to up-sell you with something that isn’t necessary. Emily is EXTREMELY helpful and very thorough with explaining things to me and very patient! 😊 I am in the middle of purchasing a house and needed to add our house to the policy and she was very responsive, which is needed when buying a house and you have time restraints. She also put up with my million questions and changes to the 5 quotes she had already sent me. Haha! Her patience, kindness

I am not the usual type to make a review, but I felt compelled to do so to share my marvelous experience with Michael J Riley's agency. I switched over to State Farm 10+ years ago, and have had a few agents over the years due to relocation. When I came to Michael's agency I was impressed by the amount of knowledge the agents seemed to have. Not only were they professional & understanding, but they seemed to really care. You gave yourself the right to renew our homeowner insurance without our permission. We did call your agents after we had received your mail in which you offered us an increase of homeowner insurance of almost $100 after we had one year insurance with you. We didn't accept it and contacted your agents to cancel our homeowner insurance with you after the existing homeowner insurance expired. Every time we talked to your agents we asked them to make a note of the cancelation on our account, they said they did. I usually don't do reviews but, my experience has been great since day one. My husband and I recently moved from California so we had to switch our policies, Emily was so helpful and on top of things she was able to switch my policy the same day and she even emailed me copies of my insurance cards. Soon after we switched I called minutes before closing for a new quote for a new car we had purchased and again Emily stayed after hours and gave me a text once she had it processed. Great customer service so far!

I'd like to share a satisfying experience I had with Michael Riley's State Farm agency and how thorough they were with all my questions & concerns. With the wave of technology these days it is becoming more and more difficult to get that personal connection. Before I moved my insurance to here I was paying an outrageous amount for my just my auto insurance. Now with State Farm I am paying way way less and now I also have renter's insurance. All in all I would recommend this agency for all of your insurance purposes.

Impressed at the ineptitude. My name was initially spelled wrong and after fixing it 3 times it was switched back to the incorrect name each time. After canceling our auto insurance they reinstated it 3 months later and only let us know once the bill was ready and submitted to direct debit.
