We already have our auto policies through Tom’s office, but with Jon’s assistance adding a homeowner’s policy was a piece of cake! He was easily able to find our previous quote, answered my questions promptly, and offered to reach out to our mortgage agent to set up the rest. Added bonus? Our new policy addition will help lower our auto policies’ payments. Bundle for the win!!

I've called many times in the past with questions and changes to my multiple policies. Many times Tricia had handled my calls and she's always been both personable and professional. She always explains things in a way I understand and she always follows through in a timely manner if she's had to get back to me. I've had State Farm with Tom DeBerry and his staff for my insurance since I could drive. I've shopped around before but I've never found another company who's been able to consistently check both the service and price box for me. I'll never switch.

A person answered the phone rather than a machine and then although I didn't have all the details of my account she quickly found it for me and arranged the transaction that I needed. She then called me back with confirmation. All of this took about 5 minutes of my time and it was completed in less than 2 hours. I have gotten used to trying to maneuver machines and waiting for callbacks and then being asked 2 look up details myself. I was impressed with the quality of service that I received at State Farm.

At about 2pm yesterday I discovered a large crack in my windshield. I called Tom DeBerry’s office and was pleased to have the call answered immediately. Carol was super pleasant, and within 30 minutes, I received a call from Catalina Windshield to set the repair appointment. Long story short, Scott has already been here, fixed the windshield, and it looks beautiful. All in less than 24 hours. Now that’s good customer service! Thank you, State Farm, for making this so easy.

They don't get any worse than this agent. When I called because no one had called me after on of his policy holder hit me, was ticketed and no one from State Farm. Granted I was upset that the company that hit me did not report the accident.
Tom was rude, suggested maybe I should report the accident. I told him I have no vehicle I had to see a doctor and get Hingis done that were created by this accident and I did not have time to do his and his client's job (Hachenberg & Sons Piano).
I asked him "What do you want me to do? Go to Hacheberg & Sons Piano and make them report
