I HATE going to the doctor. Honestly, I really don't know too many people that do. Since I have been in practice, I have taken a lot of pride to not just provide quality care, but have a personal relationship with my patients. Lower extremity injuries and surgery, especially ankle fractures and foot fractures, affect your life in many ways.
Walk ins are welcome but due to obvious insurance obigations and scheduling, you may not be able to be seen. Either way, feel free to stop in. Come see us. We are very welcome to new patients, hopefully same day. Sometimes there are restrictions due to insurance based on needing referrals, or being overbooked, but we pride ourselves on making time to see those who need to be seen.
I couldn't be more excited to be here in Louisville in private practice of my own. No expense was withheld to make sure my patients feel comfortable and get the best possible care that can be provided. I certainly hope you come by and see us. A little about me, . I lived in the same farm house in Akron, OH from the day I was born until I left for college.
A legend in Louisville Primary Care, Dr Lach is one of the most respected physicians this town has ever seen. Serving as team doctors for nearly every team and sport you can imagine, including being the lead physician for the Louisville Bats and Churchill Downs, it was an honor for him to join us. Having his expertise for issues outside of foot and ankle is an asset no other office can provide in this city or perhaps the country.

The office staff were very friendly, but Dr.Hanna has been very disappointing. I had an appointment one morning that was canceled due to an emergency surgery. An appointment was scheduled for that afternoon, which was canceled due to a family emergency. An appointment was scheduled the following day, which was also canceled. I’m assuming due to the family emergency. I had an appointment December 23, 2021. Upon my arrival, the doors were locked. I called the office, but no answer. I called Dr. Hanna and left a message. He texted back and had another family emergency. I had received a text message

I do not recommend this podiatrist. We sought a second opinion with Dr. Paul McKee, who performed a much more extensive physical exam and was far more informative about potential diagnoses and treatment. Dr. Hanna was more interested in talking about his seven years of education and his GPA (and lets not forget about his dad being an attorney) than about the injury/condition. The only thing going for this office is the nice, professional office staff. It's a stretch to give him one star.

My son recently had an infected ingrown toenail that was seen in the ER, drained, and toenail split. A week later it was still looking funky. We were referred to Dr Hanna. I called the office and was surprisingly able to get in the next day. Dr Hanna did a minor surgery to remove the outer edge of that toenail that the ER did not. He did this in office. Numbing was great, considering my son did not jump like he was at the ER. Dr. Hanna and his assistant gave us details on how to care for the wound. During the healing process I had to call the office after hours and Dr. Hanna answered the phone

I injured my ankle on the ice this year. Dr. Hanna and his staff were awesome as they aided me a smooth healing process. His associates are all very pleasant, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The office is very clean and staff was obedient to new covid rules. I felt safe and relaxed. Anyone who chooses Dr Hanna has made a great choice. His skill set, knowledge and compassion is top notch.

When in a car wreck I had a severe fracture in my left ankle. After visiting multiple specialists I was looking at a 6 month recovery time. So I reached out to Dr. Hanna, and 3 months later I’m entering my third marathon. I’m so glad i was able to receive his treatment and be back on my feet in half the time the other doctors predicted. He is very honest and has the upmost respect for his patients.

Needed my foot screwed back together and Dr Hanna was quick/efficient with a game plan. Very honest about the options that lay in front. Surgery went very well. No problem with healing. Felt that I built a good rapport with everyone during my handful of visits last spring. Wouldn’t surprise me if some try to sprain their ankles in the future just to get back in the office to catch up with everyone. 10/10 🤷♂️

Dr. Hanna is by far the best foot doctor I have ever met. I am an Ironman, just finished Lake Placid 70.3 on Sunday. I was driving through Ky and a freak accident broke my foot. Dr. Hanna reviewed my x rays within hours, then had his staff contact me to come to his office, while he was in surgery all day. They treated me like we were good friends and made sure I was comfortable as we went through all the necessary paperwork. And then in between surgical cases, Dr.Hanna called me personally to discuss my fracture and the only recommended treatment, surgery. He knew I wanted to continue with my fitness

Incredibly talented and progressive physician. Always thinking 2 steps ahead. He saved my dad’s foot with his advanced surgical techniques and has taken amazing care of him for the past 10 months of weekly treatments. Dr. Hanna has been amazing during my recovery. He recommended surgery and explained that it would be quick, minimally invasive, and said I would be able to walk out of the hospital that day with very little recovery time. It's been 3 weeks and my ankle feels great, and the incision is clean and very small. He truly cares about his patients.
