Plantar fasciitis is the term commonly used to refer to heel and arch pain traced to an inflammation on the bottom of the foot. More specifically, plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the connective tissue, called plantar fascia, that stretches from the base of the toes, across the arch of the foot, to the point at which it inserts into the heel bone.
Ingrown toenails, also known as onychocryptosis, is usually caused by trimming toenails too short, particularly on the sides of the big toes. They may also be caused by shoe pressure (from shoes that are too tight or short), injury, fungus infection, heredity, or poor foot structure. Ingrown toenails occur when the corners or sides of the toenail dig into the skin, often causing infection.
Many sports are hard on the feet because of quick repetitive movements, constricting footwear, and/or increased exposure to injury or trauma. Following is a brief overview of some of the most common injuries that result from particular sports. Injuries commonly seen as a result of martial arts and kick boxing include plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, sesamoiditis, and ankle sprains.

I went to see Dr Zahid Ladha for a number of issues I was having with my feet. I could not believe how kind , courteous, & professional the whole team were. My wait in the office to see the doctor was short and now days that’s unheard of.
The office is beautiful, decorated more like a home with warm earth tones.
Dr Ladha is so kind and compassionate and put me at ease right away.
The knowledge he has is massive and he didn’t hesitate to share that with me. He informed me every step of the way as to what he was doing and why. Plus any products they have that insurance doesn’t cover is very

I went into the office for what I expected to be a routine follow up visit for a sprained ankle. After many xrays, elevated blood pressure, and a ton of anxiety, this was nothing close to a routine follow up. The ladies in the office were pleasant and very friendly when I arrived and checked in. The lady that helped with my xrays was very patient as I hobbled from one room to the other, then turned this way and that. When Dr. Ladha came in to see me, he was very thorough and professional. I really appreciate his attempt to use humor to ease a stressful situation for me. I will definitely recommend

My visit at foot podiatry was a very good one every one was very nice. and understanding . they went above and beyond for me and every one seemed to care. the doctor was sympathetic and caring but most of all he was very thorough. I had problem with another dr. and he was no were as caring or thorough. he brushed me off for almost a year telling me I was healing slows because of diabetic. and I kept telling him I thought so. after reversal surgery he told me it was as good as it would get and the caring people at foot first podiatry took me serious and sent me for test. the understood and sure

Dr. Ladha and his entire staff are Amazing! He is very thorough in his explanation of what the issue is, why it is occurring and what he believes to be the best treatment plan. They are prompt. I never have to wait long. And once you are in the exam room, he is patient regarding questions. I have been so impressed by their knowledge as well as their kindness. Without hesitation I would recommend this Practice.

Before I post a review, Tamara's review was comical. I have not seen any staff chasing anyone with tools or grinders so far, however that would be funny.
I have been to Foot First four visits. The staff overall are friendly, Dr. Ladha is AWESOME! He took time to understand my condition and he told me clearly the treatment plan we would follow. I was nervous I would not be able to understand the dr, but he speaks perfect English.
In my experience just like any other DR office the morning appointments are on time, whereas the afternoon appointments do run behind.
If you need your feet worked on
