I had researched replacement parts and got so frustrated until I found vision glass, a supplier to Alpine windows. I called and got Robert who was extremely helpful in getting me the parts I needed. When I went to pick them up, I met Robert and one other person who were quick and efficient in getting me the parts. More importantly they were exactly what I needed!! Thanks for a great ending to my wanderings in window land.

Nvision glass is awesome! I have used them twice now, once for new construction in which they supplied/installed all the glass, sliding doors, etc. The second time just now, in which they reglazed the windows, fixed the old window hardware and built/installed a giant custom mirror for my home gym. I tried other companies years ago and couldn't even get anyone out to fix my old windows. Nvision has been super responsive, great prices and their installers totally went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with both projects. Thanks guys!

Nick and Paul replaced a window at my home in Truckee and they where great, highly professional, clean, quick and friendly. The window looks great and none of the trim was damaged during the process. Other than Kristen who was responsive and helpful, the sales and operations team are difficult to reach, do not work well on email - only phone, and do not really seem too interested in helping residential customers. I would grade them a zero on customer service (except for Kristen at front desk - she deserves a medal for trying to work with her colleagues and getting them to respond)
Perhaps they were a mis-match for me as an individual and are better suited to contractors. I certainly will not give them my business again.

I have waited for 3 years to leave this review. Our Contractor recommended Nvision Glass for our windows and shower doors. The real test of quality is not just installling and measuring but how they are after a few winters and summers here in Northern Nevada.
I am still so very pleased with our purchases. Our house stays around the mid 70’s both winter and summer now. Our heating and cooling bills have been significantly reduced. Had them remove and replace for new exterior storm doors. They had a good discount price for the product based on shopping around.
It turned out well probably because I scrutinized every detail and left nothing to chance. Fortunately they responded well. They had a good lead carpenter, a courteous helpful project manager work on the job and they helped solve some problems that resulted from the new doors being smaller than the doors that were replaced creating what needed to be a slightly smaller opening.
