Do not use this company. Used Sylvio for renovations in 2017. Quick to take the money to start, but took forever getting permits. Quoted 4 months to finish, took over a year. Permits still open in 2021 for small HVAC issues, and no response from owner or manager. Ruined my boiler when house was dormant after demo, pipes cracked. New boiler replaced out of pocket at a "discount", but not done correctly and permits still open. Always a story about why it can't get finished. Cheap materials and labor used, my kitchen sink already has leaks, vinyl floor that was laid down done without proper leveling

We recently had a couple of projects done and are very pleased! The contractors were skilled, polite and seemed to take pride in their work—completing tasks expeditiously and thoroughly. My contact/liaison, John Hughes, was wonderful—experienced, responsive, professional, knowledgeable about the business/compliance matters and patient. My overall experience with SR General Contractor was very pleasant, and I plan to contact them for future projects.

We recently completed a bathroom renovation and we couldn’t be happier with SR general contractor. It was our first major household renovation and we were a bit apprehensive about the process. However, everyone on the SR team, from the office administrator, to the project manager and crew, made the whole experience run smoothly. Our project manager, John was super responsive and addressed all of our questions and concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Silvio and his team were fantastic to work with. We had a water leak that required work on all 3 floors and they did a phenomenal job. They worked around our schedule and were very prompt. He was extremely easy and professional to work with. His entire team is honest and made sure the work was done perfectly. He gave great advice and helped us save money by giving us some tips on products. He has an army of professional workers and they were very pleasant to work with. These guys were wonderful to work with! Sylvio and his team completely re-did an outdated bathroom for us, putting in a brand new shower and fixtures, brand new tile everywhere and brand new lighting. His team also put in an outdoor 10x14 patio with new pavers in only 2 days! They were so quick and efficient but didn't cut any corners. The work was amazing and anybody who is considering a contractor for any projects should definitely consider these guys

After a long research, we decided to work with SR General Contractor for our bathroom renovation. We were promised to have the bathroom finished in 4 days and it was completed as promised without any problems. Craftsman of the staff is very very good. They are very kind and respect your space. The owner and the manager come to check out the process daily and make sure everything is done to your liking.
