Our Clients were ready to move to a new location in their city of Hoboken. This 2001 Townhome was only a few blocks away, however, it offered a courtyard for parking and additional living space - all hard commodities to come by in the city of Hoboken. This was the perfect new setting for our clients to move into.
This Family was not new to Remodeling. They had transformed the interior and exterior of their 1960s raised ranch. Fast forward five years later, they were contemplating the idea of adding on to the rear of the home. After analyzing the Budget - they decided to focus their wishlist on a plethora of other Renovation projects throughout.
With a full unfinished Basement, this family knew they needed to capture the square footage as functional space. Whether it be to work out, do laundry, hang out, or study - they wanted to make their Basement an extension of the main home. Like most Basements, the nooks and crannies can make figuring out the wishlist challenging.
Planning: You have a prioritized list of projects or goals and/or have interviewed an Architect/Designer. Decision Making: You have your plans, project goals, and making decisions on fixtures, long lead items, etc. Are there any upcoming events that may interfere with us working at your home (ie: vacation, surgeries, house guests, etc.)?

Very great experience dealing with the Fannings and our kitchen renovation. As first time home buyers our kitchen was in need of a complete renovation down to the studs and our experience with Austin Fanning General Contractors was extremely great. Very professional team, great communication, extremely punctual when showing up for the job and the end result was beyond what we expected and far exceeded what we envisioned. One major thing was they understood this was our first experience of going through a renovation and were very respectful of that and kept our goals and needs a priority as well

My husband and I had our kitchen completely remodeled almost 2 years ago and were lucky enough to work with Austin. We cannot say enough good things about Austin Fanning General Contractors. They were incredibly professional, fairly priced, very kind and always considerate. Austin himself, walked me through every single step of the way, as we kept adding onto our project. My brand new kitchen is simply amazing and exceeded our every expectation. There is no one else we would ever consider using for a home remodel.
