Mr. Way is probably one of the rudest people I have met in my 14 years in Pensacola. He came up to my passenger side window and knocked on it, I rolled it down and asked how he was doing and he replied with "What do you want?" I do not understand why any business person would treat someone at their business place this way. I do not recommend this place at all.

Only giving him a star due to needing to so that i could write this review. Not a client, however, have had to deal with Mr James Way personally through work. In a professional environment, I have never spoken with a person more nasty or blatantly rude and disrespectful, especially someone that was the owner of a business. I would strongly advise not to use this man or his business.

I don't need any other experience with a bail bondsman to know that Mr.Way is the best. He was compassionate, understanding, relatable, so helpful, realistic and efficient for such an unforeseen event in my life. He didn't make me feel like I was just some case to be had but that my situation matters and everything that I was feeling is normal and that I'm not alone. I hope to never need a bondsman for someone again but so grateful that he's the one that was recommended and I'm handing that recommendation over to you guys.
