Called to inquire about a bond for my brother her tone was very combative and was agressive while talking to me. Total lack of customer service skills even if she is willing to or not write a bond her attitude caused me to take my money elsewhere. I shouldn't feel as though I (not the inmate) am under questioning. Even though higher I went with someone who showed tact.
