Can't say enough good things about this business! Michael was very professional, efficient and surprisingly affordable. Anyone who has ever had to replace a key fob for their car at a dealership knows that they cost hundreds of dollars. The Lock Doctors charged me a fraction of the dealership cost! They also included a few extra keys for the price of replacing my house key. You can't go wrong with the Lock Doctors, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing solid business. I am going through a pretty rough divorce. My husband chose to change the lock on me and our children. I needed to get basic necessities for the kids and could not gain access. So I called the Lock Doctors who came in 15 minutes. He was able to break the locks for me and opened that door! I was able to retrieve what I needed for my kids and myself!! He said he will be billing my husband and not me as I was doing what I needed to take care of my kids! . Amazing service that left me in grateful tears!! RECOMMEND!! SUPER NICE AND PROFESSIONAL!!! CALL HIM

Key broke off in the front door lock of the business I manage, called this guy who was quick to respond and on time (which has been a huge problem with previous locksmiths I have used). Not only did he fix the issue, but he also pointed out a couple of other issues with the doors that we could address to prevent any other problems.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Made an appt a week out. On the day of my appt; no call, no show. I called the owner and he said he be there later in the day. No call, no show. He contacted me later in the evening and reassured me he'd come the next day. No show. 3 no shows
If the can't trust them honoring a simple appointment, what makes you think you can trust the quality of their work. ?? If the owner runs a no call/no show business, then that tells a lot about the structure of this business.

James came to our rescue when we locked our keys in our trunk. Even though we had roadside assistance through State Farm, they told us that there wasn't any in Stockton that could help us and they would have to go out of network. The rep said it "could be a couple of hours".
I called up another auto locksmith but told me to cal the Lock Doctors since we were out of the way. James was reroute to another customer and came to our rescue in an hour.
