So I haven’t been to the store honestly, but with the reviews that they don’t have the store opened yet even though basically everywhere in Denver is opened fully and the fact that no one will answer the phone even over an hour after they’re supposedly open probably just lost their business from me. How are you supposed to know what they have in stock in the store if you can’t go inside to shop? I’d assume their inventory would be more then they have online, I surely hope so.

Some of these reviews seem to be scam/paid reviews as I've been shopping here for years and have NEVER had an unpleasant customer service experience.

I visited the Santa Fe location today. (9/6/20) Just to see if maybe it was open. Much to my dismay, it unfortunately wasn't. They will let you however, pick-up an online order from 1-5pm. I still love their products and quality of the clothing. Long time fan, will always be a satisfied customer. I will definitely be coming back when they do reopen. Can't wait to snag a hat or something cool in person. See y'all soon!

Nothing but good things to say about this place and its team. You get what you pay for. In my case that means quality, fun, creative snap-back hats that last years. FINALLY found hats big enough to fit on my giant head. Friendly and helpful staff in a relaxed, artsy environment. If you don't see anything you like - check back in a few weeks - they are always getting new designs.

I hadn’t really heard of them until Middlelands fest. I stopped by their shop, took a look around and instantly fell in love with their new 8th anniversary hat.
