Knotty Tie was great in making custom ties for our party! We loved the option to color pick with the Azazie dress collections, and the final ties turned out so well. Quality and price is great.

Quick response time from the team. Great experience from a personal perspective. Site wise, it's weird I can't order swatches from custom ties I create. Waiting on a team member to add them to my Project seems unnecessary. Sharing a wishlist also proved impossible which was frustrating. Locking certain colors into one spot would be helpful as well. Like if I know what the background should be but want to shuffle the remaining 3-5 colors rather than awkwardly dragging squares around.

I've ordered several custom items from Knotty Tie including custom face masks, gaiters, scarves, and bowties. I especially appreciated their working with me using swatches and digital swatches to help make sure that I got exactly what I needed. Excellent products and fantastic customer service!

Please be advised, there is no retail store anymore despite what the description says on their social media. Was hoping to stop in and pick up a couple ties but saw that there is another shop at their posted address. Thought I had the wrong address, so I walked around the block to finally find their warehouse. Rang the doorbell and was informed that there is no longer a retail store and all commerce has been moved online.

The pride in "prompt responsiveness" was also not very apparent. During my confusion, I called their listed number many times and messaged their Instagram account

I love the ability to customize and see true colors with the cloth they send. Shipping is super quick. The bow ties are high quality. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the detail of the pattern doesn't come through as clear on the fabric in person as it does on the site. This could be my fault for choosing one the most detailed patterns. Still, we're able to mix up the color scheme for our wedding while being consistent in the design. Love it. Their customer service is great as well.

The pillows I received were absolutely great but took 13 days from shipment to receive. I believe service would be quicker if perhaps USPS weren't being used right now. Perhaps they will catch up now post holidays, but that part of the experience wasn't great. Do love what your company does though!

I have ordered about 10-15 masks over the last 4-5 months from Knotty Tie and they all have been wonderful! I even bought one for each of my immediate family members for Christmas. I use the masks that go around the head and they stay around your neck, so you never have to worry about having a mask or running back to your car for one. I did have one mask that the elastic broke when I put it on, I reached out to the company, and they shipped out a replacement the same day! 10/10 would and have recommended to anyone!

I could not be happier with the product. I ordered a bow tie and a pocket square. They are of great quality! I had to use customer service in help tracking my order and the people I worked with were friendly and helpful. When my original order was never delivered they worked quickly to make a new order and ship it out to me which made it in time for the event I had ordered for. I could not be happier with the support or the product. I recommend Knotty Tie Co. to anyone! I will be ordering from them again!

Excellent customer service! I purchased the little lumbar pillow in the pretty velvet material and use it every day! It hits my back perfectly. I also ordered a floral mask. It is very nice and soft. Thank you so much!

I purchased four masks from Knotty Tie. They have an awesome fit, are breathable and are comfortable to wear.

I had one mask that had an issue with the elastic. I contacted them and they immediately rectified the issue and even followed up with an E-mail making certain I was happy. What FANTASTIC customer service!

I also love their business model. The quickly adapted to the needs of their customers and kept their employees employed during these crazy COVID times.

Awesome company with outstanding customer service. We used Knotty to make custom ties for our wedding. Even came down to theirs shop and met our designer in person To match’s colors with attire and made our experience truly a joy!

Such a great service. Was able to have each of my groomsmen select the patter they wanted and matched the color scheme to the bridesmaids dresses. Customer service was very helpful and patient with all the back and forth when coming up with the design. Love the fact that they use eco friendly materials and make them here in the USA. Such a great value for the cost!

We used Knotty Tie Co. to create custom ties for our wedding this past Memorial Day Weekend. We first stopped by the store and were thrilled to learn that they had colors to match some well-known bridesmaid dress companies, including Show Me Your Mumu, which we were using for our bridesmaids. Once we selected colors, we proceeded by using their website to submit formal design requests. We really appreciate that the team took our examples and created designs that truly fit what we were looking for. I loved working with them, their customer service and the products. I was initially lost with what I wanted and had sent several requests for designs and colors. They gladly delivered them and made changes within reasonable time. They also have a good variety of patterns and styles. Their color matching was perfect. It took 30 days to get the ties and bowties, which was initially explained and expected.
The material is great and super soft/silk, 100% made in the US and locally sourced. The ties come in nice natural color boxes ready to give to your groomsmen

I contacted Knotty Tie by phone to in quire about having them create a custom tie for me. I had already ordered and received the custom fabric in hand and asked if I could ship it to them to have them complete the tie as my sowing skills leave a lot to be desired.

I was really encouraged when the very nice lady at the other end of the phone told me verbally they would work with me on this project.
