Individual counseling provides a one-on-one, tailored nutrition program that will fit your specific goals and needs. Individual consultations include an evaluation of previous dietary intake and a personalized plan that maps out specifically what your diet will look like to achieve your personal goals.
Group Sessions can be both interactive or lecture based, addressing theory or practice of areas of fitness / nutrition / weight loss. Dr. Crim has worked as a college professor educating future healthcare minds and has extensive knowledge as how to engage and involve audiences of any age. Dr. Brittany Crim has extensive experience educating large groups of individuals about the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise.
I originally went to see Brittany when I noticed that I was uncontrollably gaining weight, despite a fairly healthy diet and being very active. Over the course of seeing Brittany for about 4-6 months, we worked on this issue together, taking a few different approaches to helping me achieve weight loss, or at a minimum, to stop that weight gain that I was experiencing.
