I booked an appt for Wednesday afternoon. The weather wasn't looking too good that day. I received a text asking if we can reschedule due to the forecasted rain. Completely understandable. So I booked an appt for Saturday at noon.
11am comes around on Saturday & I'm waiting to get a call or text saying that we're still on for the noon appt. I get nothing. So I end up sending a text to confirm the appt with them and I don't receive a reply. It's now 3:16pm as I'm writing this review. Very unprofessional to bail on a customer on the day of the appt without a call

Booked an interior detail in Scottsdale several days out, got confirmation via email. Attempted to contact them the day before by calling them (no answer, generic voicemail) and by emailing them and they never answered my email. Surprise, surprise, they NEVER SHOWED UP. I worried this was a scam but at least I hadn't paid them anything.

Got an interior cleaning and went above and beyond my expectations! I had dog hair clinged to my car and since I have a Range Rover, there is no interior lights. He made it SPOTLESS!!! Above and beyond my expectations! And they come to you!!! For cheaper than most companies I had quoted. 10/10 recommend!

I've called multiple times over 3 weeks trying to set up a detailing appointment. Nobody has answered my calls. I've left voicemails everytime I call and nobody has called me back.

We finally got ahold of them and set up the detail. He missed the first appt, and we had to call to ask. He rescheduled for the next day. The next day he called to reschedule again because he got a flat tire. The third time he finally showed up.
We got the showcase detail. The detailer only spent 45 min on what was supposed to be a $225 job. If someone is efficient and still does a good job I don't mind the

Absolutely the worst detail i have ever paid for in my life.he didn't even vacuum the carpet, and he was suppose to shampoo them. He left crumbs I. Between the seats, 2 windows Including the windshield was not cleaned. The chrome on the outside of the car was left with water marks. Then when I went to inspect it and I pointed all of these things out, i left him to finish the job and he left instead of doing it. Texted the main office and they Told me they would get back to me several times but never did. Don't waste your money. I could have gotten a better job done at the drive through

And i have to say i agree with her, I did have to wait almost 2 weeks because they are booked up, and i see why. they did a great job on my car so it was worth the wait.

I couldn't tell you how well their work is but scheduling is a nightmare. Started correspondence on his site, he asked for info which I supplied immediately, then got put into limbo for a couple of weeks with no reply. Finally got scheduled for a week and half out and they texted this morning and cancelled because there was a couple of raindrops. I told him I have a two car open garage and he replied saying they dont pressure wash in a garage. He is right, but who does that anyway.. You can dry in a garage is what I replied. I think groupon vendors will find any excuse to put you off

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They completely ruined all 4 of my floor mats.
I received a full service interior detailing on October 16th. A few days later, dark spots started appearing on my floor mats. I've called, emailed, and texted the company to figure out what happened and if this could be fixed. I finally got ahold of someone and they said they'd come out and look on Sunday morning, November 1st between 10am-11am. They completely no showed. I heard absolutely nothing from them about no showing and now I'm stuck with 4 damaged floor mats.
There are plenty of other companies to use in the Phoenix

Originally contacted valley mobile detailing where the guy on the phone set up an appointment that fell through 3 times in a row within 2 days, when i called back i was cussed out and told i was wasting their time and they blocked my number. I was contacted by detail boys and reassured and they did a fantastic job. Very professional and they care about all the details! Thanks for saving the day and being reliable!
