Dilworth Car Wash

I took a large Sprinter van that wouldn't fit into other car washes here to be detailed. They did a great job, inside and out, and were quick and very pleasant.

Just being honest. I just had my car paint corrected and scratch-free and I took it here one time and the paint looked absolutely horrible after. This place is probably one of the worst places to take your car. Now, I see scratch and terrible swirl marks on the hood and on the back tailgate from poor materials and techniques. Not a professional car wash and definitely not worth it, though it seems like a cheap detailing option. I trusted the good reviews, but I’m not sure how people actually take their cars here. I wish there was a way for me to get this fixed.

Two stars only because hospitality saved them from 1 star. Took car in for $130 detail and after pointing out numerous overlooked but obvious spots that were missed (including the dashboard, side of seats, cup holders and arm rests) after getting in a more well lit area only to find dog hair STILL in the back seats. I tipped them $20 solely because of a nationwide economic downturn - however it was not earned.

I took a filthy car full of dog hair and these hard working folks made it spotless. I'm a convert. I took the car back for a full detailing. They work wonders on an eight year old Honda with 96,000 miles! I heartily recommend Dilworth Car Wash!

My first time here. I didn't know what to expect! They quickly washed my car and did a more thorough vacuum than I am used to. They cleaned the windows inside and out and also gave me a free air freshener. They wiped down all the surfaces - they did leave red residue behind because the rags may be old. I wiped it all off. They do spot cleaning on your seats if needed too, all for 25!

I am always so impressed with the quality and true pride this business takes to make their customers happy. $27 for a super plus which includes the works. I never find missed areas and they are so thorough yet efficient. I bring our families vehicles here each month and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have had good experiences here getting washing in the $30 range. The team works quickly to restore the inside of my vehicle. It's a no frills place but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

The main guy with the accent was a little unfriendly but the younger men who were drying and vacuuming the cars were so nice!

Horrible experience. I came here two times a month for a year because it was convenient and affordable. Their manager was always rude to me and would always complain about how dirty the inside of my car was because of the dog hair. This was a consistent complaint 100% of the time everytime from their manager who is usually there everytime. I guess he kept forgetting I was a regular. They do an okay job cleaning but I just about had it with their attitude and decided to take my business to Autobell because of their complaints of a dirty car. This place was sorely unprofessional, dirty, and the owner was rude and seemed like he couldn't care less. He barked orders at us, and the car washers performed with haste that they missed the most obvious dirty spots on the car. When the car got dried off, there were towel fibers left behind all over the car, leaving the car dirtier than we found it upon arrival.

My car left this place dirtier than it did upon arrival. I drive a mustang that has been lowered half of an inch, barely lower than stock. When I showed up, they told me that my car would not fit in the drive through. This was a minor inconvenience, but I decided I would go ahead and do the hand wash, considering I wanted to leave here with a clean car anyway. The price for a hand wash, just the outside, was $30. For that much money for a simple wash, I expect my car to be in superb shape when it is given back to me. Instead, all they did was a quick spray foam, and rinse, and then washed the car

First time and last time customer. I took my car in for $120 wash, wax, and may shampoo. Left it with them for 4 hours. The mats weren't even damp, so the mat shampoo didn't happen. It was a mediocre cleaning... disappointed, especially since their website claims they do such a wonderful hand wash.
Go if you live in the neighborhood, but Don't expect a suberb job.

Someone had recommended that I bring my car here so I'm shocked at the service I received. I drive a 2017 Volkswagen SUV. I explained the inside REALLY needed to be cleaned because it was disgusting and very dusty from many trips to the beach. I then explained I needed the sap off (which is why I did not pull in to the drive thru wash). I explained that the Sap had not come off previously in a car wash so additional services were needed. Unfortunately, they stereotyped me as a dumb female who wouldn't be able to pay for a detail service and still had it ran through the drive thru. When

Went in today to get a hand wash. Very good wash, only missed a few spots here and there. Not quite as good as if I had spent the time to do it myself, but for a quick wash on a busy Saturday it is about as good as you could reasonably expect.

Always great customer service and a good job for the value. I have not done the hand detailing services, but regularly do the standard service and my car is always cleaned well inside and out. If you are a car enthusiast, like myself, you will still want to take a towel so you can wipe down the areas that are not fully covered in a regular wash.

As far as car was places go, this is certainly one of the best. I've always had a great, thorough wash through the machine without those car wash scratches left on my paint job. Once you're through, you drive on over to the hand-dry/vacuum station where a couple of employees will get your car all shined up and ready to go. I have a dog, and with the super wash, they really vacuum all the dog hair up pretty well! They also pay attention to cleaning the little details on the inside of the car.

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid almost $30 to wash my car. The inside vacuum was terribly done, they didn't even pick up my rugs so all the dirt still on the sides. My dash and cup holders were carelessly wiped. I have to redo everything once I get home because all the crumbs are still there.
I'm tired of car washes that take your money and then you're just a number. Service is not a priority.

Being a fan of the self-serve car wash in a city with hardly any in sight makes me a huge fan of Dilworth Car Wash. I drive a Subaru, so the more mud on the tires the better, but brake dust, pine sap, and foggy/milky windshields are just obnoxious. Hence, the reason I decided to visit this spot for a scrub down of the ol' subby.

It's a little tight over there, so squeezing in past all of the cars at the gas station and detailing area can be a bit difficult. The drive-thru portion of the wash also tends to get pretty busy throughout the day (at almost every hour of the day, too) and

Dilworth Carwash is great. They are quick and friendly. I have been taking my cars here for 7 years.

They offer inside and outside washing. Sometimes I will just have them do one of the other. I have a dog and they manage to get most of the hair out! On occasion I have had to ask them to go back and rewipe or clean something and they do it quickly and get it done right.

I had dropped my car mats off to get cleaned here too. They keep them in the sun and really get them clean. I've also used their detailing and waxing services and been very happy with it.

Dilworth car wash is locally owned and I have not had the time to have one of my cars hand washed at Dilworth, but I have now gone several times to have my car vacuumed out and cleaned up. I am not a fan of the drive thru car washes, but with the set up at Dilworth you actually sit in your car as it runs through the car wash, then drive it around to where they vacuum it, dry it and apply armor all, deodorizer or any other extras.
