Worse drive through car wash I may have ever paid for. Only good is free vacuums, glass cleaner and rags to use. Good thing because I had to literally use the rags to go over every inch of my vehicle to wipe it down from the front and rear hardly being touched by the brushes. Sides if the car look streaked from the brushes. Avoid.

I usually go to the South Blvd location, this experience was not so great, the back window of my SUV was still dirty due to there machine not working. I inquired and was offered to go back through the car wash after I had dried and cleaned my back windows. I declined and ask for a free wash, just as they had given to another customer that complained and received the free wash coupon with the management reluctance. I will not go there again.

It seems that this is where everyone goes to get their car washed. I have not been impressed yet, That is all they do. You must dry and vacuum your car yourself.
Instead of paying someone to stand at the select your wash and pay station (I am pretty sure 99% of people are capable of selecting their wash and paying with their credit or debit card without assistance) why not offer the option to have someone vacuum your car and dry it...that's the hard part of a car wash.
And if the car wash is good you shouldn't have to have people spraying your car down and scrubbing your car with a

I had a wash and wax. The bonnet, 2 front doors and side mirrors were dirty. When called the attendant came right away with a soaped sponge and cleaned all the areas needed cleaning and then used a soft towel to wipe the areas.
I had the same service before when my car was dirtier than today and the wash and wax was great. I do not know what happened today

The last time I came to get my car washed I actually had a couple of dollar bills and quarters. The gentleman taking the money was so polite and so pleasant I thought to myself going through the car wash I would hire him!

Be aware! When its cold outside the staff is Lazy. I came here at 28 degrees today, the young man ONLY out rubbed the brush on my front and back windshield. What about the Bugs on my front end and brake dust in my tires that they normally would rub the brush on. Please dont slack on the customer. I expect a clean car Everytime I come here regardless of the weather conditions. If you dont like working outside then dont work here simple solution.

I have learned that when the bugs are not promptly removed from the front of a vehicle, their innards will eat into the paint. Having learned that hard lesson, I try to keep them off. On occasion, yes, I have resorted to cleaning them myself. When I am being lazy, I go to a car wash. The attendant was successful in selling me the buy 2 get 1 free special (approx. $35). These don't expire and I get a free re-wash with each one (within 3-4 days). I didn't need vacuuming so I checked the front when I arrived home. Tried Sam's Xpress Car Wash in Denver. Awesome results. Got rainX, wax, sealant, and tires cleaned. Car looks fabulous, and finished it off with a hand dry of the few spots remaining. The vacuums are free with a wash, and very powerful. Best experience I have had with a new businesse in a long while. Best car wash I have bought. Spectacular!!!.
