The location is perfect - just off i75 and a quick hop off/hop on situation. The room left quite a bit to be desired. The beds were okay, the lady at the front desk was very nice and hospitable, but the room did have an odor and was quite old and dated. No real nice amenities, just a basic no frill hotel. Personally, I do think paying close to $80 for the room was too much. It's a $50 a night hotel, in my opinion. It's definitely overpriced. Not the best place I have stayed, certainly not the worst. I think 3 stars is fair.

If I could give 6 Stars I would!! My crew and I had the opportunity of staying here for a full week for business. We were well accommodated, the staff and family was amazing. Genuinely good people. Being on the road 5 times a month, This stay has been one of our favorites out of all. If ever we are in Perry or near we will definitely stay here!! This place was clean, and atmosphere was relaxing!!

This was an unexpectedly very nice hotel. It's no frills but for a quick overnight stay while traveling it was perfect, very clean, and the towels were soft The only thing I wasn't satisfied about was they only have 2 very thin sheets on the beds for covers. I'm very picky about hotels and chose here because of the reviews and I recommend to anyone passing through and wanting a clean place to sleep.
