Make sure u u have everything together and in writing cause these people will rip u off bro straight up they will let people run up a 200 dollar tab do drugs and watever else they wanna do but if u dont watch them they will take ur deposit trahsy rooms cockroaches all the above way better options out there for same price or cheaper

Room was not cleaned. Foil was over the smoke detector, I killed two cockroaches in a cabinet, stove, microwave and dishwasher were dirty. Dried urine on the toilet stand, sheets had stains, a lamp with a missing lampshade was thrown in the "closet" area and other lamps were in poor shape. Phone in room was filthy and filter in bathroom was caked with dirt.
