Aloha, my name is Tara Kahewaialoha Alder. I have been practicing as an Internal Cleansing Specialist and Health Educator since 2000 in Eugene, Oregon and in Hawaii since 2009. My focus has been on the healing art of colon hydrotherapy, holistic health and nutrition. My passion is to provide education and support so people are empowered to take control of their lives and to create greater health naturally.
I raised two young men and enjoyed mothering them as well as helping with their sports activities. I now enjoy music, art, dancing, nature, gardening, and inspirational adventure like travel, mountain biking, hiking, and swimming in the ocean. I believe our life styles can support healthy digestion and elimination.

Tara Alder is nationally certified and is an instructor with the *International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT). She also attends and teaches at health conferences and is an international speaker.
For first time clients I recommend reading the information on the two pages, Understanding Colon Health and Menu of Health Options. Promptness is expected and appreciated. If you expect a delay, I expect you to notify me. Understand that in the event of a delay, a shortened appointment time may be necessary, in which case the full service fee is still expected.

The colon is a muscular tube approximately 5 feet long. It is lined with tender tissue like the inside of your cheeks. The lining contains glands like saliva glands that secrete lubrication, allowing smooth passage of stool. The muscles on the outer wall of the colon create wave-like contractions which move the stool along.

I lived at Alderbrooke for a year at D201. I recently moved out because I want to rent a 2 bedroom, but they don't have one available.
- Place is very quiet and community is not too noisy.
- Plenty of parking space and carport available.
- House appliances are operable with no visible wear or tear. If anything break down, Tyler (maintenance specialist on site) will fix it fairly quickly and timely.
- Ashleigh and Linda from the Office are very nice and forthcoming. You can swing by anytime and they will answer your questions.
- I was hesitant at first to rent here due to reviews regarding

I have lived here 8 years as of June of 2021. This community is by far the best one I have lived in to date. Aside from fact that Alderbrooke is conveniently located to everything you could possibly need, it is truly a comfortable place to come home to. It’s got all the amenities you could want/need, a great floor plan layout, beautifully landscaped, and a staff that truly cares. Linda and Ashleigh are always so kind when I go into the office. Tyler goes above and beyond the call of duty.! He informed me of a huge oil leak that I was unaware of and may have saved me from a breakdown on the freeway

This is a huge shout out to Tyler for keeping our entryway clear of snow and ice this past week. He went above and beyond what was expected. Not only did he push my car out of the snow multiple times but he was up early shoveling and de-icing every morning. If it were not for Tyler I would not have been able to get to my job which requires me to be present no matter what the weather. Thank you, Tyler!

The management can improve on their professionalism with tenants. Lived there for two years (2019-21) and I cannot recommend anyone moving in. There were neighbors in my building who harassed me and the management encouraged and promoted their behavior! When I requested the management's supervisor's name and phone or for their supervisor to contact me about my experiences there, nothing was provided and nobody contacted me.

I just moved in a few months ago and we’ve had a few maintenance problems but the maintenance man Adan has always been right on top of it and I always see him around the apartments working hard. When it was snowing it was my first winter driving and I had trouble driving into the apartments one night around midnight when it had been snowing all night and Adan pushed my car for me and directed me on how to move my car safely back on track and I don’t know what I would have done without him. He really goes above and beyond his maintenance duties.
