The ORCAL research and development team encompasses chemists, biologists and physicists who use state of the art labs and research centers to advance product efficacy. We work closely with research centers at Oregon State University utilizing Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), field trials, and light scattering data to create the latest advancements in the industry.

ORCAL formulates and manufactures a variety of our own products as well as toll manufactures for many companies. We have two locations, one in Junction City, Oregon which houses our liquid production facilities, and one in Harrisburg, Oregon where we manufacture dry pellet products. At both plants we're able to fill a range of consumer and agricultural package sizes; including but not limited to small consumer packages up to 275 gallon totes.
