Paul Phillips came to fix my (80+ year old) mother's printer. He told her the roller wore out and it would be $200 for a new printer. (Basic printers are not nearly that price.) I was suspect because it's the same company that a few years ago told her her Apple computer was too old to repair and sold her a PC (hmmm..surprise...he doesn't work on apples) Can you imagine the learning curve she had to take on to learn a new computer system at her age? They picked up my HP All In One that was showing a Fan problem. That was prior to June 17th when I received my first update letting me know fan was ordered and would be coming from China. Then received update on June 30 letting me know that china had sent wrong fan so would be delay, which I understand. On Sept 27th got call saying it turned out not to be a fan problem but a bad motherboard and would not be worth fixing. He also indicated would not be charging me for the 3 fans. I called them for their computer knowledge so why would I have to pay for that anyway? My bill is $75.00 to get computer
