Some of my problems have not been easy for the techs to figure out but they never give up on me and always have provided a solution to my technical problems. Each of your Technicians have been so nice and very patient which calmed my nerves when my computer would not cooperate with me. :) One way or another they never give up and stay right with me until the problem is solved.
