Don’t order from this company. First - they sent me the wrong item. Second - they sent me a return label and upon receipt they said they would send the correct item along with a gift card for the inconvenience. Third - after I returned the item, they said they can’t offer me the gift card, but they can offer free socks. Fourth - after 10 days I followed up regarding my order and they said they’re out of stock. Save yourself the headache. I would never recommend this company.

I’ve reached out regarding a refund via all their available channels. I’ve sent 4 emails, called more times than I can count (nobody ever answers), and sent messages via Instagram. I’ve been waiting for a refund on items received 24 business days ago, and I get no response, no updates, nothing.
My next stop is the FTC and PA attorney general to file complaints and my credit card company to request a chargeback. The level (or lack thereof) of customer service is absolutely shocking.

I've ordered clothing from them 3 separate times in the last year. Even with the massive state and local covid-19 restrictions, I've received every order within a reasonable amount of time. The last order had only one issue, a size discrepancy. My email was responded to the same day and I received the correct size within a week. The garments maintain their shape and color after heavy use and washing. Thanks for making clothing in the USA!

I’ve ordered from them several times and never had a problem.... I am always happy with the quality of the items and shipping is always super fast. I keep a minimalist wardrobe so don’t buy clothes very often but when I do I buy from Los Angeles Apparel because they seem to have good ethics.

Ordered multiple things from them, it has been almost three weeks, and they still have not shipped or given me any update. I have tried calling, leaving messages, and emailing them, but nothing. Took my money and never got my clothes.

I was charged for 3 freights for one order because they had back ordered a couple of things. Not to mention on the website it NEVER said the items were back ordered. I paid double the price and they wouldn’t reimburse me for their mistake. On top of that the first shipment (out of the 3 when there was only suppose to be one) arrived 3 weeks later. They had me wait 3 weeks for me to not receive my full order (now going on 4 weeks) and still had the audacity to charge me for 3 freights. And no they don’t have Will Call. The worst wholesale provider I have ever worked with. You would think they

I bought 3 masks for $30 plus $5 shipping. I went to Amazon and typed in Los Angeles Apparel and found the same face masks for $15 and no shipping costs. They are Prime which I believe means returnable.
On American Apparel they cannot be returned.
Within 10 minutes of my purchase I emailed them to cancel my order. All this was on a Sunday afternoon. They were closed. Monday morning I called at 9am, when they open, to confirm the cancellation; they told me I could not cancel the order because it was already shipped. A few days later, I got an email "your order has been shipped." It is not the

I ordered from the company 8 days ago. I never received any confirmation of any kind except that they processed my payment. I've written multiple times to info@losangelesapparel.net, submitted an official request via my payment processor, and even called them and left a message. No response! How is that even possible that you are unable to respond in any, shape, or form to my multiple contact attempts.
It looks like I will have to charge back my credit card to get my money back from these fraudsters. They have a nice "social" message which convinced me to buy from them over other companies. To

Really awful customer service. Literally tried calling 3x and as soon as I started talking they hung up on me. 2x they've been out of stock on items and refused to check inventory so that I could make a color swap instead of cancelling the order altogether. But the clothes are so good that I keep coming back

I recently dealt with an online order and I never post complaints but I feel they need to be more friendly and professional. The responses to me were vague and brief. I was feeling like I shouldn’t even email a response for clarification cause I felt like I was bothering them. I don’t think it’s cool for customers to feel like that.
I’ve liked American Apparel cause it’s made in the US but to me it is over priced based on the quality/simplicity of the garments. Like T-shirt’s are very basic and simple almost something I would see in a fruit of the loom pack and one costs $24. I just
