Missed my appointment time but still decided to go because they accept walkins prior to 3pm. Even though I arrived before 3pm, the lady performing the fingerprinting told me “you’re gonna have to come back” because by the time she saw my name on the list, it was 3pm. She was curt and rude. I called back to inquire about what time they actually stop taking walkins seeing as how I was there before 3pm, and the nice young lady on the phone admitted that it was actually a short staffing issue, they were backed up, and it would be best to schedule an appointment. Had I been told this initially

Terrible very rude service. Most workers weren’t even wearing a mask. Not sure why the employee who did my fingerprints had an attitude and was rushing the process

Clean, friendly, quiet. Quick in and out for finger printing. It took about 8 minutes to do everything.

When I went in they didn't actually have the job I was offered, and they had me do a dumb grade school math test, as well as a pointless and invasive mouth swab. Their clerk seemed to be under the influence of stimulants, and the office was depressing and stuffy. Even if I had found something, it wouldn't have been worth it.

Paula was rude she didn’t want to help . I did not like how she talked to me on the phone and not responding. I feel like she don’t care about her job She told me she can’t find me jobs but she can find people jobs . But not me . I didn’t do anything wrong .

I truly never had any problems with HR. I've worked on and off through them for the past 6 yrs, they've always gave me great jobs and always very pleasant and understanding with me. They've went out of their way to help me get the best jobs for me

For Identogo services: this location is the best I've been to. You feel like you're in a professional establishment instead of a weird hole-in-the-wall. They are fast and really nice! So if you live in St Louis area and need fingerprinting/Indentogo services, GO HERE!

Ive only used them once but i never had an issues with this place, the staffing people were nice to me and made no mistakes with my money or anything else for that matter, i got another interview today with them so lets see how it goes

Please do not ever work for them! I worked there for a day and never went back. When it was time for pay day , even tho i worked that day , they didn't pay me. They claim that insurance took the money from my paycheck even though I started at the end of the week. The people were rude when I was trying to figure out where my money was. Just horrible don't waste your time going here.

They are possibly the worst temporary agency in Springfield. Office staff do not value their jobs (otherwise they wouldn't leave a potential applicant sitting there for 10 minutes while they talk amongst themselves and answer phone calls after that applicant arrived). In addition, they administer a cotton swab drug test but don't monitor the potential candidate doing it!!!! Besides this, their records system seems to not keep up with the modern technology (otherwise they would have your employee file ready to update). This begs the question: where do those files go???? Because it seems
