This 102,000 sf facility located in Reno, Nevada is Schluter System's US Western Region distribution and training center. The facility consists of 80,000sf of warehouse distribution space and 22,000 sf of administrative and training center space. Cashman Equipment Company is one of the highest-rated Caterpillar construction equipment dealers in North America. This 225,300 sf project is new construction for their Corporate Headquarters and consists of a three-story administration building, retail parts facility, parts warehouse, 18-bay earth-moving equipment service facility and other supporting facilities.
