Dr Samimi has been recommended to me by two optometrists for a likely benign lesion/cyst sitting right next to my eyelid. No, I didn't come here for an elective cosmetic surgery to beautify my face, but if I ever feel the need for those services I would trust Dr Samimi for that as well.

I saw Dr Samini for a consult as he was highly recommended by two doctors that I trust implicitly. He was very kind and knowledgeable and after thinking it over, I decided I wanted to move forward with surgery.
I've called three times since August in an attempt to schedule my surgery and I've never received a call back so I will have my procedure done elsewhere.

I was referred to David Samimi, M.D. over a year ago by a noted surgeon in the cosmetic field. From the moment I engaged with Dr. Samimi's excellent staff and associates, I felt certain that he would be my doctor for life. His economy with his surgical work is spot on. Dr Dresner is knowledgable, professional and made me feel at ease. The office staff was great. I had a minimal wait before seeing the doctor. I felt very comfortable with the medical asst. She took a thorough medical history before the doctor came in. The surgical coordinater was able to answer all of my questions regarding procedure and financial considerations in relation to my health coverage. I walked away understanding more about my condition than I have with any other physician i have consulted for the same issue.

It's really sad to see how great Doctor's reputation and hard work being ruined by terrible and unprofessional office management. Dr. Samimi himself was very pleasant and I felt like he is a really professional and knowledgeable Dr. but the visit isn't worth the bad experience with the office staff. I went in for a eye condition that has drastically affected my life. I saw Dr. David Samimi who is by far the most caring (and funny) doctor that I have ever met. My son is blind so I have been to dozens of doctors and been through the gamut of waiting, co-pays etc. So I am used to seeing receptionists, assistants and office staff members. These office staff members are some of the most unfriendly I have met. Canned responses to questions, they use the words but no eye contact, no friendly smiles and definitely no interest in helping out. I experienced the same EXTREME wait times that others have noted in their reviews. But that is not terribly uncommon with doctors and was not what prompted this review.
I have seen Dr. Samimi twice. He is a wonderful doctor and I have nothing but glowing reviews of my experiences with him.
The office, however, is possibly the WORST doctor's office I have ever been to and that is entirely because of the unpleasant, incompetent, and glaringly rude reception staff. Whether in person or on the phone, they are curt and make you feel like you are inconveniencing and irritating them by speaking

I want to share an amazing experience I had recently at Eyesthetica and especially with Dr. Steven Dresner. I'm a 60 year old male who was suffering from a condition called Ptosis (drooping eyelids). I finally got tired of people frequently asking me if I was always sleepy or tired.
After a couple of consultation sessions and in-depth discussion, we scheduled surgery. The procedure lasted about an hour and I was awake the entire time.
