Brenda received her Bachelor's of Science in Biology at UCLA and is working towards becoming a surgeon.
Dr. Luis Macias is an internationally renowned, highly-trained, double board-certified plastic surgeon best known for natural results. Dr. Macias can help you achieve your desired results, whether it be with a surgical or non-surgical procedure. He is dedicated to providing the best patient care, along with exemplary results.
Rachael Ostrea, also known as Skin and Body Expert is a Medical Aesthetician, Body Contouring Expert, and Permanent MakeUp artist who focuses on ethical and results driven aesthetics. Rachael has trained under Los Angeles' Top Plastic Surgeons and has over eleven years of experience. Rachael's unique approach to skincare combines comprehensive therapies with medical aesthetics to create the best experience.
In many states, including California, any licensed physician is legally allowed to perform cosmetic procedures without being board-certified in plastic surgery. There are 24 boards within the "gold standard" American Board of Medical Specialities (ABMS). I was so impressed by my first experience at Aesthetic MdR. The office is stunning and the front desk staff I interacted with were very welcoming upon my arrival. I had a botox appointment with Mona, PA-C, who was amazing. When she first walked into the room, she sat down next to me to chat about my expectations of the visit. She was so transparent about everything - she let me know how many units she recommended, as well as comparing those units to the standard dose for the areas (she is more conservative in her practice, which I love). Unfortunately, I can not recommend this place. I came in to get lip fillers and my lips looked botched. They looked so bad that I didn't even want to go out. I told the owner, Jaqueline, about this issue and she was very rude. All I wanted is for them to fix my lips or to dissolve the filler, but they did not care to. There are so many places in LA to go to which I'm sure would be better than this place.

Everything was beautiful, and the service was fabulous! I will definitely be going here again! The staff, location, accessibility, parking, ease of making appointments and getting them, and their laser equipment are all excellent. Mona really knows what she's doing, she has great knowledge when it comes to skin care and fillers. I would recommend to my friends and family! My skin and lips has never looked this great!

Do not go here!!!!! I came in to get a nonsurgical rhinoplasty and it seemed to be a great experience until my lip flared up immediately after the procedure. I didn't think too much of it but still called the office to let them know and they had me come in the day after. My lip healed after one week but my nose looked the same as it did before the procedure. I talked to Mona about my nose 2-3 weeks after the procedure about how it did not look different and she even agreed! It was so disappointing. I spent $1000 for my nose to still have a bump on it. The thing is, it doesn't even look

Highly recommend. Everything was wonderful. The office is stunningly gorgeous. The receptionists were charming and welcoming (which seems rare in LA). And Mona was such a sweetheart. She took the time to talk through all my options, and I felt in great hands. After going to several places, I'm glad I found my cosmetic procedure place!

Wow what am amazing team of people at Aesthetic MDR! The office is beautiful and immediately I felt very comfortable and knew I was in good hands.
With concerns that Lipo would not be enough to give my desired results. Dr.Macias, informed me of all of my options. We decided to also include Morpheus8 and FaceTite, and to ensure all my needs were met. The results came out BEAUTIFULLY. I cannot recommend Aesthetic MDR enough. It's safe to say I found my "go-to" place! Aesthetic MdR isn't just a beautiful/clean office, but the staff is very attentive and friendly! They make me feel very comfortable every time I come in. I love that they offer all the latest and greatest services as well. It's my spot to get my Botox, Dermaplaning + Diamond glow facials and I've even had some surgical work done by Dr. Macias! Highly recommend coming in to Aesthetic MdR. I recently just had my Botox done for the first time with Mona and absolutely love my results !! The staff were all so friendly from the moment you walk in! I purchased some skin care products that Rachael the Esthetician recommended and I am in love with my renewal jaques moisturizer and tinted spf. From the moment you enter the office, you're welcomed with friendly smiles. And let me tell you the office space aesthetic is beautiful with black and white details. I was really nervous about getting dysport for the first time and Dr. Macias explained everything to me, the difference between dysport and Botox, units and provided comfort. I recently went to Aesthetic MdR for fillers on my cheeks to get a natural, youthful , refreshed look. I didn't like the hollowness i started to see around my cheek area. Dr. Macias is the most patient and humble plastic sergeant I’ve ever meet. He never rushes, and will always answer all your questions. Does amazing work. When I had my surgery it turned out I was allergic to a antibiotic, he answered my call in the middle of the night and meet me at his office right away. Their office staff is also extremely good always make me feel welcome and answer all my questions.
