I had an excellent experience. First thing first - Kudos on the drone. Eagle Eye was recommended to me by my Realtor, I accepted with no hesitation knowing how serious and honest my realtor is. I am so grateful I did because he found things on my newly build home that I do not think many would have found. I recommend him 100%.

Single worst thing I have ever done. I hired Eagle Eye to do a home inspection on my property, and I wish I hadn't. I toured the property with Michael Sebastian, and I thought he did a thorough inspection, but boy was I wrong.
Lets start with the fact that he told me my master bath was perfectly fine, and didn't have a problem. Fast-forward to, after I closed on the house, and took my first shower and it started raining in my kitchen. Turns out the shower pan was improperly installed, and the home inspector should of filled the shower and seen that the water runs away from the drain
