When you are uptight, aching with a sore neck or back, isn't a massage just the thing to transport you from your busy life and leave you feeling like you've been on a two-week vacation? Pain-free, utterly relaxed, purring like a kitten, at one with myself and the world-that's how I feel whenever Lori gives me a massage.
This type of massage is more of a relaxing session. It is designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. The strokes are relatively light, all directed toward the heart and are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. I use a combination of kneading, rolling, gentle rocking, and friction.
Inner peace, complete relaxation, and a healing touch is what I experience while receiving a massage by Lori. She has an amazing gift, an intuitiveness that allows her to sense exactly the intensity each individual muscle needs. Whether it is a trouble spot, rehabilitating an injury, scar therapy, or just a de-stressing session, Lori will leave you in a relaxed state both mentally and physically.
