Five Stars from start to finish! After a bad experience with another broker/shipper who could not do as promised, I called CV Auto Transport and spoke with Chris regarding shipment of my car from Long Island to Texas, where my son is attending college. Chris explained the process to me, looked into my particular shipment and got back to me in a timely manner with a reasonable price and a reasonable expectation of pick up and delivery dates. The preferred shipper Chris used was courteous and responsive and delivery estimates were spot on. Will definitely use CV Auto Transport again in the future

I shipped 2 trucks from Long Island to mesa az. Chris is amazing spot on communication. I was sketched out with some crazy online reviews from other peoples car shipping stories but everything was so smooth and made me feel so much more secure. Use this company 10000% recommended. I highly recommend this business- originally I had chosen not to go with CV Auto Transport because I got a cheaper offer (Van 3 Auto Transport) which was ultimately a disastrous choice. On the pickup day with Van 3, they canceled the transport. In a panic I started called other companies.
Chris was extremely responsive, very transparent, and took a lot of time trying to find an expedited same day pick up. He did find a solution, and I am very grateful for his help. l regret not working with CV Auto Transport to begin with, and I highly recommend working with them if you need your car shipped

Chris from CV Auto Transport was able to help find a carrier for my car in an extremely limited time frame. After my previous broker let me down and was unable to find an enclosed carrier despite a 7 day window. I was losing hope. I had to fly out to Arizona the next day and had to ship the car. Amazing experience! Chris listed my vehicle quickly and found a driver right away. He was very easy to communicate with and made the process very simple. I was across the country already, and my vehicle was picked up on the East coast without a problem. The driver who carrier my car cross country was very timely. The best of the best. I needed transport of my Buick Encore from NY to the midwest on relatively short notice (and initially called CV right before a holiday weekend). Chris was incredibly willing to answer all my questions and responded each time with lightning speed. He provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. I used CV auto to transport my vehicle from NY to LA. This was such a smooth and effortless process! I am so pleased! Chris from CV Auto was very pleasant and professional to work with. They had my car picked up directly from the pickup location in NY. The driver showed up at the exact time he said and even called in advance to confirm.

This company is the absolute best if you want your car shipped and taken care of. We called many brokers and they're all nothing but "smoke n mirrors". They'll say yes, then they'll scramble to try and find anyone to pick up your car and transport it. Chris at CV is completely the opposite. He will first check to be sure they can really manage the move before he will say yes. They picked up our car in New York right when they said they would and delivered it early to Nevada. They had quoted approx 7 days and it got there in 5. Don't waste your time on other auto brokers
