My wife and I used this service to pick us up from JFK and we could not have been happier with the service. Fernando arrived at the airport and called me while my plane was still moving toward the terminal. We kept in contact until we hooked up. Fernando insisted on loading all our suit cases himself. The expedition was plenty large enough for our 4 suit cases and carry-on bags. The car was clean and comfortable, and Fernando was a pleasure to talk to. We will not hesitate to reccomend this service to our friends.

Do not use this company!!!!!. They never showed up for a 5 AM AIRPORT pickup after confirming the night before.....and did not return calls or texts leaving us to have to scramble to find a ride to get to the airport at the last minute.Going to file complaints with BBB and Consumer Affairs.....

Called months in advance. Never showed. Never called back. Then blocked my phone. Our friends also received the same treatment....none. Jay the owner is a creep. I'm writing to the Taxi Commission, consumer affairs and BBB. Also, I'll be litigating for the extra expenses incurred for his outright bogus scheduling. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Previously, when used Jay called me, while out of town and stated he was cancelling my ride home" he wasn't making a profit". He gave me the pricing!!! We worked it out on that occasion and I promised to use him again. NEVER AGAIN after these

If I could give zero stars I would!! I had a 0515 pick up for the airport Monday and nobody ever showed up. I called at 0525 , spoke with somebody and he said sorry let me call my driver and see where he was, I'll call you right back. I never received a return phone call at all. I called back 3 times and his phone went straight to voicemail. I had to scramble at 0530 on a weekday to get an Uber from North Shore Suffolk County to JFK for my flight. I barely made it to the flight. The flight was already boarding when I got to the gate. It's one thing if you cant get in touch with your driver but

All I can say is that this company has the best service to the airport! They are reliable and clean. Never once did I feel unsafe or that I would miss my flight. I travel a lot and in the past used a lot of different companies, but for me is by far the best company around. I will no longer use anyone else.

Last minute we needed a ride from the airport and Absolute was able to help us out. The owner was so nice and easy to work with. He clearly explained how he would find us and we didn’t need to wait. His car was incredibly clean, I thought brand new but it was 2 years old with 150,000 miles! You would never have known, such pride in the cleanliness of the car. The price was the most reasonable too.
