This was my 2nd time coming into 5280, first time was for a fix and they were able to match my color perfectly.
This last time I got a manicure and dip, the tech mentioned as soon as I sat down that I was her last client, so already I was worried because I know how I feel at the end of the work day- I just want to get out but I stayed hopeful.
She helped me pick a color which was great but sure enough the service felt rushed, during my manicure she cut both middle fingers skin which took a week to heal and not be sore anymore. Accidents happen, I get it but if she had slowed down just a fraction

Not worth the price.
Annie was very nice and did a good job. The nails look good, this could be somewhere I might go for fills after getting a set at a cheaper place. The price was horrendous. Their website's prices are 100% wrong. They will change it up on you multiple times during your visit if you're young or dont look like you'll correct them. If you plan on getting a solid color and almond shape set of acrylics , you can expect 65 dollars. IF YOU GET ANY DESIGN OR COFFIN SHAPE PLAN ON SPENDING 85+ DOLLARS on a set of acrylics. Thats before tip. Their listing on here of prices and their website

While it was nice that they were open and had availability, I wouldn't return. I got a polish change for my daughter, they didn't use any tools on her and she washed her hands before her service. The first technician that polished her nails went straight from doing a pedicure to my daughter. He didn't wash his hands before us or after, he just went on to his next guest. The lady that did her nail art did the same thing. Even pre pandemic that's gross. I also noticed that nail tools, files, clippers and etc were left in "cups" inside baskets for services. I'm not sure they're sanitizing them before

This was my first time coming here, as I drive past it daily and saw the good reviews. I made an appointment online with Annie, and with all the great reviews I’m sad that I am not pleased with my service.
I got a rebase, and asked for a design of the “scream” mask for Halloween. Instead of saying she can’t do the design she paints it on there, and it was not close to the reference photo at all. I politely asked if we can remove it and paint it like the rest of my nails, but she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I apologized multiple times, while she looked super annoyed.

I had a sudden urge to get a gel manicure, so I called ahead to see if I'd need an appointment. Luckily, they were able to fit me right in. The location is easy to get to and it looks great. They're really nice and seem happy to help. Best of all, I got the nicest gel-mani I've ever had and in record time. My nail tech was really good and her technique was awesome to the point that I think I learned a few nail polish tricks just from seeing her do her thing.

Wanted to love this place because it's beautiful and you can make easy appointments online. However, have gone twice and still left disappointed both times. My first shellac mani came off within the week, and my second dip mani also chipped a week in. Poor color selection too. Pedicure was great however.
