Only place I take my kids, My three kids have been coming here for years now and they have won their trust and are no longer scared to get cavities fixed or get their cleaning done, the dentists are very patient with the kids and speak to them on their calm level. The staffs are very friendly, gentle & professional They are honest and will not do a service if it isn’t needed They don’t keep you waiting long and the dentist always tries to be less invasive unlike at other dentist they want to take all your kids teeth out. Helen is so awesome. She works well with children and adults. I highly recommend you coming here. Consider making an apt. Sometimes you have to wait but thats do too so many people also loving this dental office. Everyone here is so nice. Even when rude clients come in. I can't emphasize enough how great Helen is when it comes to teeth. :)

I love Dr. Song I've been with her since my oldest was 2/3 years old she's now almost 11. Now her other 3 siblings love coming here I even have to keep them from arguing cause they fight for who gets to come first to the dentist. Everyone here is super sweet super nice I've never had a complaint or them being rude ever. The place is always clean restroom too. And the kids get these really cute toys after they've completed their visit or stickers and a certificate that makes them feel special after coming to each visit. Yes sometimes it's hard to get an appt for treatment

Dr Song was amazing with our son. We came for a second opinion and ended up staying with her. Our son loves her and does not mind going to see her.

Good luck making an appointment!! Dr. Song is great however I wish that with the amount of patients she has that she would consider adding a second dentist to the office to help with the flow. It's not fair to patients when the next appointment isn't until 2 weeks away or more and at really inconvenient times for a working parent or child that is in school. Two times I have scheduled an appointment and then had the office call me asking if they can reschedule my appointment to a different time. The answer is always NO. I work, I have to ask for the time off, I have a set schedule too

Dr Song and her staff are AMAZING. They welcome me like an old friend and treat my toddler with patience and care. I absolutely love them and feel blessed to have found then because i was nervous that my daughter needed work on her teeth. If i moved i would travel to there office because i would never take Amelia anywhere else!

Dr Song and the staff are the best! I started to bring my boys to her since 2014 and I wont change it for the world! My boys absolutely love coming to the dentist because of this office, they are all super sweet to the kids. And Dr. Song is the best and kindest, she is so gentle with them. Love how the whole office communicates with each other and especially with the parents on everything that needs to be done.

Dr. Song is the best dentist ever.!! She is very well knowledgeable and super sweet with kids. She treats my daughter with the most genuine kindness and she explains every step of the process to me. All of her staff is super nice and makes you feel very welcome at all times. Her office is very clean and kid friendly. I really recommend bringing your kids to to her dental facility. I have been bringing my daughter for years now and I will keep doing it.

Dr song and her assistants were wonderful! They made my baby girl who’s only 2 feel comfortable and happy along with cleaning her teeth. My daughter was in and out so quick! They even gave her a certificate and a toy at the end!! I was very impressed. My daughter wanted to go back after leaving!

Let me preface this by saying I have had the worst experience with other dental providers. However, If I could give 20 stars to Dr Song and her team, I would. The women that work there are some of the best on earth! Dr Song has the most delicate hands and is the sweetest woman and is an expert in her field. Her dental assistants are so awesome and make my entire family and I so comfortable. We've all been going to her for three or four years now and I'm never going to anyone else. I only trust them now! I'm going to bring my children and my children's children to the team. So

The doctor and her dental assistants are great! I highly recommend, however the ladies at the desk are extremely rude. Totally killed it for us. Time to find a new place.

Very friendly staff. Little office. They giver certificates if your child has no cavities. They also let your child pick a prize from the prize box. It makes it easier to get your child to want to go to the dentist with little incentives like that at the end.

Took my son here a month ago and it was a very comforting experience. He wasn't afraid at all and they were so good with him.

This office is so efficiently run they were willing to make an appointment for 4 of my kids at the same time. Then, they had my 4 children with X-rays done, teeth cleaned, fluoride done, one kid with sealants and all 4 with a toy and back out in the waiting room in an hour AND they were still able to service other patients! Their customer service was excellent, they were fantastic with the children and this will absolutely become our regular dentist office. Thank you to Dr. Song and staff for a terrific experience!

By far the best dentist I've ever been to! She's calm & professional, competent & caring. For me, she's gone way above and beyond what anyone would expect from a dentist! I'd be her patient forever if not for moving (to be closer to the grandbaby!). Dr. Helen Song rocks! Love to watch the kids in her office!

Our family has been seen by Dr. Helen Song since she began seeing patients at the Brockton address. We could not ask for a more excellent and caring dentist. We highly recommend her for patients of all ages. She is fantastic with children and adults. Her staff is awesome! You will not be disappointrd.
