I was referred by my daughter in law 6mon ago, I am so happy with Dr Cao and his daughter Christina. They have both worked on my teeth and have done a pain free and excellent job! The staff is awesome,friendly, they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office! I will be bringing my husband and daughter!

The doctor didn't want to fix my front tooth or the filling that is gone. I told him that they are hurting and said to go get my wisdom tooth removed. I told him many times and still said there's really not a problem. I did go for a 2nd opinion and got them fixed. The front tooth got shaved down a bit and got a replaced filling on that muller that was hurting. Dr chao stated that wen I come back from getting wisdom tooth removed, that he would do a root canal because that would kill the pain. Why was it so hard to fix it right then or schedule me for another visit to fix it? Service was

I would NOT recommend anyone to see Cao, Hon V, DDS for any dental needs. They do not stand behind their work when problems arise. Over a year ago, my mom had a dental crown done by his office. Now the crown came off due to poor workmanship from his assistant. I called in to find out if Dr. Cao can seal it back on and he said he will charge for his service or I can take my mom somewhere else!
Its not a good business practice to take money upfront and having no guarantee for customers to fall back on. Customer service is very important to maintain your business Dr. Cao!

Dr. Christina Cao was great!! She did a Root canal and crown on me and I didnt feel a thing. She had great chair side manners and was very gentle too. I have a fear of dentist but she put that all to ease. They also take my insurance and helped me out. I compared prices too and they were very reasonable. I recommended her to all my family member. I will definitely be going back and Im glad I found a great dentist.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Cao. His staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was in a lot of pain and needed some major dental work done. They were very patient in explaining the treatment and answering any concerns that I had. I am very pleased with the final outcome! Would definitely recommend to my friends and coworkers

I thank Dr. Cao for personally reaching out to me this morning for the issue I and my boyfriend had with the practice. Dr. Cao admits that several improper courses of action were taken in dealing with my situation, and that administrative and staffing issues have been and are being addressed. I am satisfied with the sincerity of the apologies, and I admire any administrator that admits their own fault. On a personal basis, I would happily trust Dr. Cao with my dental health. I cannot say that my boyfriend I will return, but new customers may have a better experience given the changes being made

I have been going here for years and have referred many other satisfied customers. He is low cost and his staff are long term and make you feel like family. I love coming here. even though I hate going to the dentist. My kids have come here. I have had major work done and have been very satisfied. If you have PPO - this is the place you want to come.

As much as it pains me to leave an extremely negative review, it must be done. I have had 2 root canals with Dr. Van Cao. Both of the root canals were not done correctly and I am suffering the consequences. He did not clear the entire root in both cases and now I have decay inside the teeth. I have gone to UCLA and to a highly regarded Loma Linda trained Endodontist and they have both informed me the teeth are not able to be saved. I will need to have both teeth extracted and I'll have 3 options. A bridge, which will cause 2 healthy teeth to be ruined essentially. The second option is a dental
