They have impounded our truck and trailer, asking for a bunch of paperwork, which same person who asked for it (some old woman) dont even know what she needs exactly. Waisting our time and charging storage every day for the job they cant even do. 5 miles tow cost $700 and plus storage... thiefs, dont use them, keep away !!

Negative 5 stars. This company has been in business for over 40 years for a reason. And not because of customer service, fair prices, or only taking cash to retrieve your vehicle. Stay far away. You know there is something wrong when this company has to post their own review about how polite and courteous they think they are.

Recovered truck abandoned 18 wheeler truck and trailer. Once in their possession they are able to keep your truck as ransom until you pay their storage and towing fee's that are equal to over a 10th of the value of the truck. These people are the worst I've dealt with in the business. Avoid if at all possible

I called them to tow my vehicle 3 miles and they were charging $105 - $95 for the tow and $5 a mile. I found another company for $65. District was only 2 miles away from my location and to tow the vehicle to my home was only 3 miles. The other company was much further away and charge much less. District recovery is very expensive but if you have no other choice what can you do. I'm glad I found another company and they did a very good job Towing my vehicle at that.

Accident damage. Vehicle is a 2020 with 11K miles. District shoveled up all the broken parts and road debris and threw it all in the interior front and rear seats. The debris in drivers seat was piled so high you couldn't even sit in it. Thanks for NOT respecting the UNDAMAGED part of the vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Some back story: My father passed away in Chicago and his truck was towed to this location. My family and I live in Canada, and this was during the time of Covid-19, so obviously there was not much I could do from here.
The people who work here are absolute lowlifes who feed off of peoples misery. It took them TWO weeks just to get me a TOWING fee, so I could send a driver to pick up the truck. Best service ever! They towed and replaced a trailer hitch on our truck. They called around until they found right parts needed. They worked late on a Friday to install it and went above and beyond their job to get us to complete our trip safely. Words cannot express how grateful we are. They are the best ever.
