Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I tried to call to gain information about their services and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and very unprofessional. If I had someone inquiring about my business, I know I wouldn’t ignore their questions and tell them to just look online. He was very degrading.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this experience was my first. Finally a honest tow guy and Mechanic. Eddie not only recovered my truck earlier but they also promptly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem and got me back on the road. Been in this business a long time and most guys try to run the tab up on you but I was happy with my bill.

ATTENTION HEAVY-DUTY DRIVERS! CALL HERE FIRST! I am thankful I now have a place in the Chicago area I can TRUST if I ever need anything. The service was professional and Chris was a true expert, and I didn't even need towing. My ONSITE repair was complicated and time-consuming but Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and the price was FAIR. It is hard to find a place you can trust to not take advantage of our "on-the-road" situation, but I believe I found a good one with these guys, and in Chicago of all places! I will use them again, and recommend you do the same if you need it! I can't say enough
