BEWARE! My experience with State Farm, specifically this office, doesn't even give support for one star, but that's not an option. I have never worked with an company/branch who is so misleading, dishonest and lacks so many core customer service values. Upon the renewal of my policy in April, I requested that a certain policy be renewed also. This office either deliberately skipped it or irresponsibly 'missed' it. It wasn't until my lien holder reached out for proof of insurance, that I was brushed off with what seemed as an 'oops sorry' from the agent. Their only solution was to bill me more.

I have been with State Farm for 25+ years for auto and home insurance. Over the years I have had a couple of minor incidents with my auto and all that I've needed to do was make a quick call to State Farm to get the ball rolling on making repairs. Fortunately, I have not had any issues with my home, but should something come up in the future, I feel secure knowing I have a solid policy in place.

The gals at Melissa's office are so helpful and super responsive. They make taking care of your insurance needs a breeze
Just bought a brand new car and needed to transfer coverage from my old car to the new. Kelsey was on top of it and steered me along the way. She also gave me great insight for my home policy.

The girls at Melissa Miller’s office are the absolute BEST!! The take care of all my needs, and I have been known to be needy. They promptly answer all my emails, calls and texts. If someone doesn’t know the answer they call on their colleagues to help figure out the answer. Awesome team work by a great team! I highly recommend this office and State Farm in general for all your insurance needs. They insure all my cars, motorcycle, life and rentals.
