Easily the best insurance office I've worked with. They are incredibly responsive and helpful, with excellent rates and coverage. I have called a few times needing help switching to the office or when I changed vehicles and each time (I've spoken with Whitney and Monica) the issue was resolved within a few minutes and zero hassle. Can't recommend enough.

If your looking for a "Cheers" of insurance you'll find it at Mariko Locke. I feel like family whenever I call or come in. I have never had a bad experience, even while making a claim. As a vendor, a Sales Rep and an part owner of a local auto glass shop, I am aware of what separates good office from great ones. I have been making sales calls on most every insurance office in the Portland area for 25 years which has given me a keen understanding of a well run office. Some offices stand out due to the level of customer service… they provide. Mariko has done an excellent job with hiring the staff she has carefully chosen to help run her office. They are supremely knowledgeable and friendly. You can trust them to be there when you need them. That said I can HIGHLY recommend

My family has gone through Mariko's office for years, we have had nothing but exceptional service. They (Kendra, Howard, Mariko, pretty much all of them) go above and beyond to make sure everything goes… smoothly, especially if something does happen.
My father once almost sent his truck over a cliff, he called a tow truck, it then became apparent that two were needed. A second one was called and State Farm covered both without question, there was a call about it in curiosity but nothing more than that. Nicest folks you'll ever meet, best to have in your corner if something does happen. THANKS

I have been using Markio Locke as my State Farm agent for years! I love being able to walk into the office and speak with someone. Whenever I have a question they are always there for me and super friendly. I have great coverage and a policy that suits my needs. I would highly recommend Mariko. Great hours and a private lot.
