I'm sooo blessed 🙌, to be a member of lone star credit union 🙏. These folks, have LITERALLY HELPED ME, get some peace ✌ of mind back. You know, in the times we're living in, MOST of us regular, hard working people, are having it hard. And we're struggling, and we're doing OUR BEST, to to stay above water 💧. I have been a customer of LSCU for many years. I do not do my regular banking there as there is not one near my home; however, they have handled several of my vehicle loans and I have never had a problem. I get approved in one day and can complete the application on line or over the phone. I also get a coupon to skip my December payment and add it to the end of the loan to help with Christmas expenses. I highly recommend them!

I was speaking to someone about getting a auto loan refinance. And the agent I was speaking to was very rude and seemed like she was discriminating against my information that I was giving to her. Not professional at all. I had explained that my interest rate with another lender was 18% and she was very rude about asking why is it so high. At the time of me getting the auto loan my credit wasn’t all that good. But now that my credit is better I was looking for refinancing options. It does not look like it will be with Lonestar due to the disrespect and unprofessionalism of the agent. I called

This credit union is a great little place. I use the Greenville branch and I have found the staff to be professional but not overly friendly. My only complaint so far is that they are a little heavy handed on the fraud alerts. My debit card was frozen while traveling and I literally had no cash on me at the time and was out of the country. And, before you ask, YES, I DID call ahead to inform the bank that I was traveling and would be out of the country. It was on a Friday and I had no help until Monday. I had to borrow money from family, which was extremely embarrassing. I don't mind

In 1986, I opened an account with Enserch as a child placing $50 of Christmas Money in said account. I watched it grow to over a $120 with interest... After becoming Lone Star, and since that account showed no activity they started taking an inactivity charge, when I noticed the account had lost money in 2004, I said screw it let them take it all; since by that time I noticed they had take a part of my principal $50. They taught me a life lesson... NEVER LET YOUR KID OPEN A CHILD's BANK ACCOUNT... The kid is better off blowing their Christmas money, because as in the case of Lone Star the C.U.

I have been with lone star credit union for over 20 years. They have not let me down once. I was an inactive user for a while. When I needed to come back after association with three other banks, who repeatedly let me down, Lone Star was there for me with open arms. Over the years I've had some down hardening incidents such as having my card stolen and other times, I've had some unauthorized usage from vendors after I discontinued their services. There are other incidences over the years, but I just wanted to make the point of being a satisfied customer through and through with all my banking needs
