I would NOT use this financial institution for anything! When (Not if) fraudulent activity is going on with your account it will be an act of GOD to get your money back! This financial institution doesn’t care if the money in your account gets stolen! We were told that they don’t even have some sort of loss prevention team or someone that will investigate on your behalf! That means you will have to do all the work ( filing a police report, getting a case number, and dealing with that whole mess) just to get the ball rolling to even possibly not getting your money back that this institution

As a veteran, do not do business with this credit union. I am a retired disabled veteran with a car loan with this bank. They make is it impossible to pay my loan. through their website, I cannot use a online, check, ATM or debit card from my Chase or Wellsfargo. I must pay on the phone each month for a $ 7 charge or drive Do not do business with this credit union

I received a delinquency notice in the mail today despite me sending the payment through my bank well in advance of the deadline. Because Resource One can't take an electronic payment from another bank, the payment from my bank must be made via a paper check (red flag #1 about Resource One). When I called to explain that I could provide evidence from my bank that the payment was sent, including the debit from my account, the date the check was mailed, and the check number, I was told it didn't matter and that they were charging me a 5% late

Chris V....." Member owner since 1995". This is the most incompetent useless group of people I have ever met. After being on the phone yesterday all day trying to explain to people I purchase business supplies from why I bounced 15 checks even though I had over 100k in my account (they can't seem to link my accounts and drain me dry in 1 account to charge unnecessary fees even though I told them 1 million times) and today I am on the phone 6 hours on an emergency trying to use my debit card which the expiration date in their system is different than the one on the card which was

First of December my spouse filled out the paperwork online for a Home Equity Line of Credit. The first road block came when the loan officer failed to inform us or him that all 3 credit bureaus would need to be ran. This was overlooked and we had to initiate a follow up call to find this out. Then we went many more days with no word. We followed up again we initiated. We started this the first of December and we just got word after many other emails and 2 failed attempts to close that it is TOO much for the Credit Union to deal with our special circumstances.

I've been a member of Resource One Credit Union for about 18 years and been to many of their locations except this one until today. That may change after today. After completing my transaction at the counter (so obviously I'm a Resource One member) I asked to use the restroom and was refused access, and told it was not for the public. I'm not a bum off the street. I have a disability Crohn's Disease. Excuse me all on your logo it says "member owned" I guess that means nothing. I bet money Chase bank would allow me to use their bathroom along with a plethora of other financial institutions that

I have had this credit union for quite a while. They have been great till about the last 8 months. I have had nothing but issues. All small issues but all costing me money. The dispute department was the final straw. I finally found that they have new top management. This place is reminding me of Bank of America now. It just does not seem like my bank anymore.

Their moto should be "Our mistake, your problem." I've wasted many hours over the years fixing issues with my R1CU account and even my credit bc of lazy mistakes on behalf of those who work at R1CU. I'm tired of cleaning up after them. They are a terribly run company, from the bottom to the top. Only reason they get a star is low interest rates.

Believe every review on here, they are all correct. The staff are rude and disrespectful. And almost every time I've come in there's someone different "helping" me. It doesn't matter who helps you, all the tellers share the same attitude. Forget 0 stars, If I could give -5 stars I would. Every time I or my husband have come here we're disgusted. I was uncertain about leaving a traditional bank. It was the best decision I ever made. Everyone at the two branches I goto, they say hello to me by name, ask about out daughter, just generally care about me and my family. But of course they do because once we joined we became member owners. Not just another number depositing money into an account. Very poor customer service and not typical of a credit union. I applied for a loan online recently. Was never contacted until I contact R1 4 days after I applied. I even proactively sent some documentation to the loan officer that was assigned to my loan. I never even got a response from my email. I chatted online with an agent who was extremely rude. All I wanted to know was the status of my loan application. She told me I had to speak with my loan officer. I ended that chat and started a new chat and the next agent gave me the status of my loan application. I've been a member for many years

Until recently, I was a loyal customer of R1CU for over 7 years. When a barrage of O/D fees hit my account, I was brushed off by the call center CS mgr and told that the fees were my fault due to excessive pending transactions. He failed to look and notice that an online merchant had double-charged a purchase nor would he refund the 7 overdraft fees that hit my account (even when it showed a positive available balance).
