I just had a very positive experience with Vision Appliance Repair. My wife and I have a wine cooler that no longer cools. After discussing the problem with Jim (co-owner and technician), he felt that the most likely problems to fix would cost the same as buying a new wine cooler. Although I was hoping for an inexpensive repair (for a cooler that was given to us), thru Jim's honesty and professional judgement I may have saved money AND got a better Christmas gift for my wife. I was having difficulty finishing a dishwasher repair that my son and I had started. I saw the few but excellent reviews for Vision Appliance Repair and decided to give them a try. Wanted to let everyone know of a very good experience. Our washing machine wouldn't drain and it was after 5:00 pm. We found Vision Appliance Repair online and their hours were up to I think 7:00 pm on the weekday. We called and talked to a nice lady who scheduled a call for the next day. Jim showed up and within a half hour had the washing machine up and running. Very good experience with friendly, experienced people. It's nice working with a local, family-run business. I will definitely use them again when any of our appliances need repair.
