To ensure the property is properly cleaned, inspected and prepared for you, the check-in time is 4PM. Housekeeping must have adequate time to clean the entire property, along with addressing any maintenance concerns, if applicable. We will do our best to meet your request if the property is ready before 4PM.

Recently stayed at one of their cottages in Clearwater Beach. The cottage was exactly as advertised. The location was great and the property was very clean. I had an issue connecting to the WIFI and it was resolved within minutes thanks to management. Will be staying at one of their properties again in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay in unit A17 it is recently renovated and pictures on VRBO look just like the place! Very clean, equipped and has all things necessary for a beach trip! Highly recommend! Mona the manager is very easy to deal with! Thanks for a wonderful stay we will be back 🏖

We stayed at the Coconut beach house during spring break of 2021, we loved the house and it’s proximity to the beach, the house has anything we needed for our stay, the outdoor area is a little small but was ok the kids enjoyed the pool so much. The neighborhood overall is quite and relaxing and the beach is kind of private as it is far from hotels and commercial area, great to stay safe during COVID. The photos do not give this place the proper justice! The view is absolutely incredible. Every morning we woke up, we saw dolphins in the canal. The condo was spotless, comfy and perfect for our family. Having a kitchen with a food allergy is a must!
Mona the resident manager was sooo helpful. She was always available and quick to respond to any questions.

I want to start by saying this place was great! We stayed at the seashell cottage. The inside was very comfortable. They have video games for kids and other games for adults as well as all you need for kitchen utensils. The outside was so spacious and well though out. We were only a few steps from the beach. This is a Great place For family vacations or gatherings. But what I really want to talk about is the owners. They are absolutely amazing 😍. My family of five spent nine days in May at a top floor condo in Villas of Clearwater Beach. Our condo was well-stocked, clean, and exactly as advertised. We had no maintenance issues or shortage of supplies and plenty of room for us plus friends over for dinner. The condo is on the beach and had the best beach chairs and toys of any beach condo we've ever rented. The complex was clean, the pool is well maintained, and the grills worked as they should.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a rental company in my entire life. I would recommend to not ever book with Beach Time Rentals - my customer service experience was absolutely horrible and I can't put into words how awful it was to deal with them.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Tropical Treasure. The home is beautifully decorated and very well cleaned! It has a large spa and game room amenities that would be great for a family stay as well. And the beach access is right across the street, so you never miss a sunset. Redington Beach is rarely busy or full of tourists, so it makes it the perfect place to get away. I will be back!

We rented a property form Beachtime Rentals while attending a firefighters conference in November of 2019. At first everything was great. The accommodations were right across the street form where the conference was being held, so it was very convenient. The trouble started after we checked out and 5 days later received a email that said we had violated the contract by having pets in the apartment.
Problem was, we never traveled with any pets. NO one in the party did. They claimed that pet hair was everywhere in the apartment. I asked them to provide me the footage from the security cameras

The rental company is good and nice. The home was ok. The house was a great location and right on the beach. It was clean and perfect layout of space for three couples. The house itself though is tired. The bathroom shower, back porch (see attached picture) and entrance could be cleaned up a little. The beds were not that comfortable either. Most importantly, the ‘plunge pool’ is in fact not a pool at all. It is a jacuzzi size and should just be heated like a jacuzzi not at 85 degrees which in the winter was only 75 degrees. We never even used it and had no way to turn it off to avoid the wasted

What a great place! This is the second time that my family has stayed at this property and it continues to be fantastic! The house is beautiful with lots of space for my family and kids (Beds for 12). The stretch of beach that the house is located on is just pristine. Very wide white sand beach with tons of space to play. The water was still warm when we were here in November and we all swam in the ocean every day!

Horrible place to stay... my friends and I have all stay there for four days during and during those four days no heat was supplied to the hot tub, the owner made surprise visits, and even walk through the house without our consent or knowledge. Then come to find out after we left they charged us $500 claiming we smoked in the house... The owner said the smell was so bad he had to scrub the walls. NO ONE smoked in that house period!!! This is just another way to scam people out of there money....
