We pride ourselves on setting the stage for families and individuals to have a memorable and safe vacation experience. We are Brian and Cadie McGonagill, founders of Florida Sun Vacation Rentals and, together, with our wonderful daughters Alexandra and Ashley make up Florida Sun Vacation Rentals. We are a close knit family who love this area and simply enjoy the vacation rental business.
Sunrise on Tarpon Lake was beautiful, spacious and comfortable for our party who came to the Tampa area for a family wedding. The large pier with its furnishings, along with the wonderful seating area next to the pool, afforded us the opportunity to sit back, relax and spend some down together. Despite some rainy days, our stay was very enjoyable.
This was our second time staying in Pine Warbler 2. Both times the home exceeded our expectations. Many amenities and very clean. Lots of room outside for kids to play and home is very spacious. We went here in July and everything there was prefect, the house was spacious, the pool was very fun, the area was safe and quiet, and Brian was very reliable and I recommend coming here.
This is the second time we have stayed at this home and this was our second perfect vacation! Beautiful home and perfect location! Cannot wait until the next time! Family flew in from California and Oklahoma to spend a week together in Florida. It was our first time together since the pandemic. Tarpon Springs is a beautiful and quaint place to spend time.

FL Sun Vacation Rentals is a wonderful company to work with! So hospitable and accommodating. We contacted them needing a place the very next day and Brian made it happen quickly and seamlessly. He even had a pack n' play and highchair at the house waiting for us. The coffee pot in the house we were staying in wasn't great and Brian showed up within a couple of hours with a new coffee pot, filters and coffee for us! I can't say enough about how great they were to us. Their website was also a great resource for us when exploring the Palm Harbor area.

We booked our vacation rental for September 2017 in October 2016. It was torn from under us in mid-July with absolutely no remorse to the fact that we were having a SMALL reception following our wedding ceremony. They were well aware of this, as we agreed to pay their additional $500 event fee when we booked our reservations. While we understand that things sometimes happen, this situation was handled terribly. We we're told it was POSSIBLE the property MAY NOT be available, but it wouldn't be known for sure until a few weeks. This was a mere TWO MONTHS before our wedding. We had two other couples
