I was instructed too follow jumpy bill (not called jumpy because of being airborne) too cargill plant in Dayton from Tipp city. This proved too be very difficult because I have seen falling down drunks drive more cautiously. Once on cargill's (NOT high tech's) I was informed NOT to use cell phones on their premises. Jumpy bill a supervisor became verbally aggressive when I didn't call him from my personal cell phone after my orientation at cargill. This place is nothing but a waste of time and resources to it's clients I will never understand why these types of flotsom and jetsum outfits are permitted
