We expedite response to critical time-sensitive challenges while providing cost-effective solutions. MAKSolve SOLVES problems! Services
Our staff has a wide range of disciplinary expertise along with decades of experience - but we are more than just technical experts. We developed an acronym to illustrate our core values - HEART. Our ultimate goal is to develop foundational relationships with our clients - to truly understand what matters - and to provide exactly that on each and every project.
Since its founding in 2008, MAKSolve has completed over 1,800 individual projects for over 790 clients. These have included Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, Risk Assessments, Remediation Feasibility Studies and Site Remediation. Our site assessments can be expanded to include asbestos and lead surveys, indoor air quality evaluations, ground water monitoring, contaminant characterization, vapor intrusion and remedial action responses.
MAKSolve considers the full understanding of client requirements and their expectations to be at the heart of our continued success story. Following completion of a project, MAKSolve routinely requests feedback from the client on the overall quality of value derived. We welcome candid commentary to aid in our continual improvement process.
The first step in this process is the determination of the quantities, types, and exact locations of asbestos-containing materials within the building. MAKSolve can prepare a proposal for providing those services necessary to determine the extent of asbestos-containing building materials, which may be present, and therefore, be affected by the demolition activities.
MAKSolve typically performs Phase I ESAs following ASTM Standard E1527-13 (Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process). The purpose of these studies is to identify "recognized environmental conditions" associated with a property.

A "recognized environmental condition" is defined by ASTM as "the presence or likely presence of any hazardous substances or petroleum products in, on, or at a property; (1) due to any release to the environment; (2) under conditions indicative of a release to the environment; or (3) under conditions that pose a material threat of a future release to the environment".

Report
St. Mary Development Corporation has been working with MAKsolve for about three years as they have assisted us with Phase I and Phase II consulting work for our affordable housing projects in Ohio. Their entire staff is always helpful and very professional and they always meet deadlines. Their fees are competitive as well. Overall, I highly recommend MAKsolve for any environmentally related need you may have.

Report
Our firm has used MAKSolve for a number of projects. They provide the deliverables when promised. They provide the simplest solution available to complex environmental issues rather than increase their scope of work (and fee) by making a mountain out of a mole hill. I could not recommend them highly enough.
