Defined by soaring, dramatic bay windows-illuminate elegant yet relaxed interiors. With ceiling heights up to 10-feet 9-inches, these radiant, loft-like spaces temper bold modernism with the warm patina of an exquisite material palette of stone, marble, bronze, and oak. Exclusive amenities and services for residents are as thoughtful and tailored as the homes themselves.

Designed by March and White Design, the penthouses feature high-end details that enhance the focal point: the signature three-dimensional corner bay windows with panoramic views of the Hudson River. Highlights include vented gas fireplaces with Emperador marble, five-inch-wide oak chevron plank flooring and large private terraces.

Day and night, carefully considered amenities and impeccable services cater to all manner of occasions - with moments ranging from the energizing to the serene. Residents have access to premier services from a dedicated team of experienced professionals, who offer as much or as little service as desired.
Lantern House is just moments from the river's edge and among the city's most desirable neighborhoods. A rich tapestry of parks, restaurants and bars, shops, and galleries-as well as artist haunts and cultural landmarks-distinguishes the area. Chelsea, Flatiron, the Meatpacking District, and the West Village are all nearby, waiting to be explored.

This building is amazing and getting to live here would be a huge luxury. I am confused by the reviews complaining about the views. Of course people here are doing renovations. That’s normal for this kind of building. Anyway, I just like that it’s so unique and interesting looking and that you can go look at it from the High Line.

I came on here to rave about the building and was shocked by the negative reviews which seem to be from the very small minority of renters. This is not a rental building, and the owners all seem to be quite happy and pleased with their decisions. Sorry to renters who didn’t realize the building is still under construction and that most owners are electing to do their own renovations on top of that to customize the space. It’s beautiful and a blessing to get to be here!

Gorgeous building, amazing amenities and the most wonderful staff in NYC! The building had a few kinks to work out but they are on it and have made it seamless for the residents. Also, so many fun events and happenings! The LAntern House is a very special place to live!

There appears to be a lot of negative reviews on this building from renters and not owners who are privy to the real information. Related is meticulously making repairs, that they are not contractually obligated to, in an effort to ensure all current owners and future owners’ homes are protected. Even though there has been drilling, they have been more than accommodating and it will all be complete by Q4 2021. This is a fantastic building to live in with great staff and beautiful building amenities.

Eclectic style, beautiful interior... terribly built. Tons of noise constantly for major repairs. Years of repairs....

Extremely loud construction at early hours inside the building. Every bathroom in the building needs to be redone, process will take over 2 years with no recourse for tenants.

Initially fell in love with the architecture, amenities and location of these apartments. However, recently it's been absolutely brutal. Major plumbing issues which building management is scrambling to fix by having construction work done when I'm trying to sleep. Stay far away until the issues are fully resolved.

I mean, they built the building to look like lanterns, how cool is that? It’s definitely unique and beautiful, and I’ve never seen windows like that anywhere else.

The parking attendant in the facility was kind and professional. I believe his name was Armondo(sp?). What a wonderful way to welcome visitors, referrer or even potential residence.
The concierge/front desk/security person was less hospitable. Wow. The treatment was horrendous. When I called to share my experience with a name listed on the building; I guess the broker I spoke with, and the concierge come from the same school of inhospitality. He couldn't even be so bother to point me in the right direction. So much for hospitality in the hospitality business.🤗
