This review is in part only for the customer service experience I received while calling for information and not the shipping part of the service. The number I called was from lannausa.com so I believe it is their New York number.
I had called to inquire some information about shipping personal belongings to Thailand. The lady that I spoke to was rude and and her tone of voice was very condescending. I told her I have never had any experiences with shipping anything so I have no clue as to what needs to be done or what the process is. Instead of being able to tell me the most basic information
